 Phillip Campbell           

Chairman, Non-Executive Director

BE, GAICD, Engineer, Technical Sales & Marketing

Phillip was appointed to the board in August 2016. His business career spans 35 years and includes national and international postings across a range of industries including resources, construction, manufacturing, food and engineering services. Phillip is currently a director and advisor to a number of unlisted public, private and not-for-profit organisations across Australia including Fodder King Limited.                                       

          

 

           

Brad Denison

Managing Director

Bachelor of Commerce, Fellow Certified Practising Accountant

Brad was appointed Managing Director in August 2014. Prior to this, Brad was Chief Financial Officer and Company Secretary for 10 years. Before joining Fleetwood, Brad was employed in senior public company finance roles.

                        

 

Michael Hardy

Non-Executive Director, Chairman of Remuneration and Audit Committees

B Juris LLB BA, Barrister and Solicitor

Appointed to the board in 2005, Michael was a partner of Clayton Utz (formerly Robinson Cox) from 1983 to 2002 before establishing the law firm Hardy Bowen. Michael has extensive experience in commercial law, property law, planning and environmental law and administrative law.       
 

 

Greg Tate

Non-Executive Director

Bachelor of Commerce, Chartered Accountant

Greg was appointed a non-executive director during listing of the company in 1987 and became managing director in 1990. He relinquished this role to become executive director of operations in 2007. Prior to joining Fleetwood he founded a chartered accountancy practice after being employed in Australia and the USA by an international accounting organisation.

 

 

Yanya O’Hara

Company Secretary

LL.B. (Hon), LL.M., Lawyer

Yanya is Company Secretary and was appointed to that position on 1 August 2014.  Prior to the appointment, Yanya was employed by the Company for three years as Assistant Company Secretary.  Prior to joining Fleetwood, Yanya practiced as a Corporate Attorney in New York and as a Barrister and Solicitor in Perth.
